a.       New Property:

In cases where the developer chooses to create a unique hotel brand and manage the property themselves. This option is the most profitable and prestigious in the long run but depends highly on skilled managers and image makers. 

Hoteï International appoints a team of professionals who will work closely with the owning company in creating the brand and unique concepts. Hoteï International undertakes the tasks of operational design, hotel infra structure, budgets and financial reporting, hiring of staff and the day to day running of the property. 

b.      Existing Property or Re-Branding

In cases where an owner wishes to chance the present management due to lack of vision, poor return on investment or simply upgrade property.


Hotei International will support the transition and re-structure the systems in order to reach standards appropriate for the property.

We will assist in acquiring a franchise agreement and implement all requirements needed for compliance. 

 

Interim Management

 

Assisting developers in creating systems compliable with the demands of international Hotel Operators. Hoteï international builds the foundation in the period until the management company is identified and ready to take over.

Representative of the owner

The objective of this type of management is to advise a client on the operations and financial management of a hotel to help maintain or improve its value. The client might be the owner of the property, shareholders or other parties with financial authority. We work for the client by monitoring the on-site management team (individual or Management Company) on a regular basis for operating performance and maintenance of this valuable asset.

We will evaluate issues regarding investments and other financial demands requested by the management team to protect the interests of the owner.

In cases where the owner cannot control operation directly, all activities and executive decisions will be monitored on a daily basis and presented to the board.
